not true, like i said, this solution works with 1.xx ap_os_dso_*, that includes win32. apr_dso_* is different only in that it wraps the handle inside a another structure, apr_dso_handle_t. the code that actually closes apr_dso_handle_t.handle is the same, just that it is private now in apr.
