As I've mentioned maybe a dozen times over the past six months, apxs does not work in 2.0. It needs to be taught how to use config_vars.mk or, at the very least, all of its current symbols need to be replaced with those used by the 2.0 makefiles. I should have just committed an exit to the code to force people to fix it or delete apxs. I didn't fix it myself because I've never used it and there are a dozen pieces of functionality within it that I would rather delete than update to 2.0. ....Roy
