Title says it. If not, I assume O'Reilly is aware of this project and thinking about it? If not, I know the O'Reilly people and can goose them to start doing so.
[My company antarcti.ca has a *monster* apache module in C that uses pretty well the whole API and is going to have to migrate, so far reading this list is the best way to get educated, but there ought to be a better way] -Tim
