True. All binary compatibility so far is nothing but experimental,
proof of concept to help work out exactly how to accomplish this
when we reach 1.0.
AFA time is concerned, we can never change a transparent type
that is user-allocated, and retain binary compatibility. That includes
transparent scalars and structures.
