Erm, that's expat. Not an apache product. By hacking it, you're effectively embarking on an unannounced, undocumented fork that'll cause serious trouble if it ever has any effect at all.
Please contribute patches to the expat maintainers rather than forking. And perhaps I should take to opportunity to stress the folly of bundling a standard library such as expat, with all the inevitable risks of conflicting with an installed version. -- Nick Kew
