in function ' warrsztoastr(..) ' of file \misc\win32\start.c
' for (args = 1, wch = arrsz; wch[0] || wch[1]; ++wch)' is dangerous.
because 'wch' may go out of memory range.
should we call 'wcslen(arrsz)' first. to get the string length?
