Which two IP's arn't even legal IPv6 addresses?

        ,{"127.0.0.1",  "8", APR_INET6, "::ffff:127.0.0.1", "fe80::1"}

These two? They are legal, ::ffff:127.0.0.1 is an IPv4-mapped IPv6
address representing localhost and fe80::1 is a valid link-scoped
address.

"127.0.0.1"

Either "::127.0.0.1" or "::FFFF:127.0.0.1" would be valid, of course.
