It should probably be obvious by now that I am tagging today.  I'm off
to validate all of the results on win32 in an httpd-2.2 style build, but
give a ping anyways on the #apr channel if you have to shout to hold up
on the tag because of any issue you find.

Could someone familiar with the entire breadth of LDAP implementations
which we support please review and revise this statement?
