good to release a 1.3.1 bugfix update fairly promptly. Here are some

[ ] tag it friday (13th)
[ ] tag it next wednesday (18th)
[ ] tag it two weeks from friday (27th)
wondering what folks want, and how many fixes need to go in yet, so wanted
to get everyone's opinions here.
Just tag it friday if good fixes are in.
We can always roll 1.3.2 in a few weeks if it is needed.
Version numbers are cheap, unlike Gas.
