[+1] Release apr-util 1.3.10 as GA
with either patched APR 1.4.2 or yet unreleased APR 1.4.x from SVN APU
1.3.10 builds fine for NetWare; resulting lib runs fine as replacement
for the bundled from httpd 2.2.16; server-info reports correctly:
Server loaded APR Version: 1.4.2
Compiled with APR Version: 1.4.2
Server loaded APU Version: 1.3.10
Compiled with APU Version: 1.3.9
would be nice if we could get an APR 1.4.x release too for next httpd
releases.
