Well 1.6.3 is the very same.

testsock            :  SUCCESS
testsockets         :  SUCCESS

whereas 1.5.1 says :

testsock : Line 376: Cannot test if connect completes synchronously
testsockets         :  SUCCESS
testsockopt         :  Line 84: TCP isn't corkable

Yes 1.5.2 claims :

testsock            :  SUCCESS
testsockets         :  SUCCESS
testsockopt         :  SUCCESS

I have data going back years here ... one sec while I make a coffee and
 figure out what is going on here.
