You experience this problem because some packages from ArgoEclipse were moved to ArgoUML and some inconsistencies remained in ArgoEclipse. At a quick glance I can tell you that ProgressMonitor is renamed in ArgoUML as ProgressListener in package org.argouml.application.api For the other classes maybe them should use org.argouml.uml.reveng.*, but I don't know exactly.
