I have taken some time to answer this because I am not really sure what
to answer.

Your questions: How much time?

I don't understand the question. Is your question about when this will
be available or how much time you will have to spend implementing it?

If it is the first I can say, I have already implemented the
corresponding thing for SettingsTabs so the Details Pane shouldn't be
that complicated.

Adding a new Diagram Type I guess is a lot more complicated.
