Today, I tryed to answer all questions and actions moved on my shoulders.
Now I'd like to continue the work on issue 1113: Changing the scope of the
Notation settings to project, i.e. store them in the zargo.
They can be adjusted in a new menu-item File->Properties, which also
contains a tab for e.g. project description.
And there will be a application-wide default that you can adjust in the
Edit-Settings... menu.
Please do not touch the Project.java class too much.
