The sources for these classes are generated, look at the build file of
the argouml-mdr model implementation.
For your convenience you can also take a look at my repository of
metamodels :

Among other things there is the following files:

http://projects.ubik-products.com/metamodels/uml14-doc/
However notice that there is the following warning in the Javadocs of
CallAction :
/*Note:* This type should not be subclassed or implemented by clients.
It is generated from a MOF metamodel and automatically implemented by
MDR (see mdr.netbeans.org <http://mdr.netbeans.org/>)./
