Press CTRL-Delete, not Delete!
BTW: The screenshot is from a very old version of ArgoUML. At that
time, there were still bugs now and then that the explorer tree at
the left just did not update - i.e. the modelelement was deleted,
but the tree structure not recalculated correctly. Maybe that
causes the effect you get. Save and reload always restored the tree
to the correct situation.
