Hello Mauro!

I have now added these file to the Brazilian Localization Project
(argoumlptbr). I have also added the project to the nightly build
statistics.

Mauro, please make further updates by committing them into the project
directly.

I think this is a complete translation so I have added it to the release
too and it will be included in the 0.24.alpha2 tonight.
