Hi Luis,

I'll get the CPP implementation for Notation.  I found a menutest module
which might help with extending menus.  There's been a lot of changes in
the past year - I have a lot to catch up on.

argouml-cpp (argouml-cpp.tigris.org) already has an implementation of 
Notation.
We don't have menus, but, we implement preferences which are still 
working AFAIK.
