I have 2 remarks:
1. The problem with the circle was fixed, see
http://argouml.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4778.
2. It would be best to concentrate on one (or a few) subsystems of ArgoUML.

I absolutely agree that working on quality & stability is very important.
So I look forward to mentor a student that is willing to do this.
In your application, try to show that you are able to deliver results.

Hello developers,
I would like to apply to an unproposed idea for the google soc.
I have been using ArgoUML for a while now and there are some bugs which I
would like to solve.
First of all I would like to make the save/load XMI work.
There are also problems trying to save/load some geometric forms in the
class diagram (such as circle).
I also got the problem that from time to time the application may crash and
the made changes would not be saved.
In a few words, as user, I think it would be more important to make ArgoUML
more stable than integrating new functionality, and therefore I would like
to apply to the google soc with the Idea of solving various important bugs.
