I don't think we shall consider ArgoUML as some application that is squeezed
into the user's developing machine. Instead we should think that the user is
running ArgoUML to do his work.
ArgoUML should be designed to give the user the best possible experience
when the user is actually using it. If this means that we need to use more
memory, CPU and disk, let's just go ahead and do so. While the ArgoUML
application is used we should void setting limits. When the user stops
working with ArgoUML and instead works in his other windows, the machine's
memory manager can swap out ArgoUML if needed.
This is just as any other application.
