It may well be worth downloading ArgoUML from subversion and taking a
look at that replacement sequence diagram implementation that is
currently in development.

Although I'm not familiar with the sequence diagrams of 0.12 the
complexities in the current 0.24 release have been simplified in the
new sequence2 model.

Follow the cookbook direction to download to eclipse and run with the
ArgoUML Sequence2 launcher.
