Hi Luca Configurable text size was only introduced in 0.26 and this seems to have introduced this fault. Unfortunately it wasn't discovered till after the 0.26 release.
What is happening is that when you load the project it is setting it to the default size you have configured in ArgoUML. It then shrink that text back to the correct size that the project was saved with. Unfortunately that leaves the boxes themselves still expanded for the larger text. If it's not clear to you from the issue then I think the workaround is to make sure that your default setting for text size the same as the text size that was used to create the project you're trying to load. Then everything should work fine.
