Hi Bob, I'm in a similar situation with the Java module, so: fully understanding, no need for any shame, go ahead! Eventually you'll find the time to make additions to the wiki. It takes time to get familiar with it.
(You could probably add a 'Proposals' item to the FrontPage, like this: * ["Proposals"] Dead easy, first experiment. Let's not care if it's the final structure, because the wiki needs to prove that reorganization is easy, too!)
