I think this information can be found in the description of the Model
subsystem http://argouml.tigris.org/wiki/%3C%3CSubsystem%3E%3E_Model.
Check especially the table near the bottom of the page. It says something
like:
Model.getWhateverFactory().buildWhatevertype(args) or
Model.getWhateverFactory().createWhatevertype().
I can't find any method to create namespaces. I assume you will have to
create a package, class, or whatever instead.
