Hello Mux!
You can find the old version of the Cookbook (up to autumn 2008) in this
way. It is also available as a pdf document from the old downloads pages
(connected to the releases).
The latest version of the Cookbook is only available and developed in the
wiki on the web site so to include updates since November 2008 you will need
to go to the web site. There are tools for downloading sets of web site
pages for offline browsing. The first one that comes to my mind is Internet
Explorer i.e. if you are on a Windows platform.
