I still see a few defects that make me suspect that there is an out of memory exception happening while saving resulting in a corrupt zip file.
Has anyone any ideas how to protect our users from this further than we have already? This is the technique I've seen discussed in a few places - http://www.venishjoe.net/2009/10/recover-from-out-of-memory-errors.html - but do we really have that much control while zipping?
