Hi Andreas I assume that when you build through some manual process the ectivity2 module is not being found. The code that is falling over is not from the module but looks to be the standard old UML1.4 activity diagram.
I've modified the eclipse launcher so that the new activity2 project is included in the classpath when launching from eclipse. The module is then found by ArgoUML. If you have manual build scripts then the module needs to be included in a similar way to have the sequence2 module is.
