Yes, plan this kind of clean-up activities immediately after stable
releases. I assume that this and a lot of other similar improvements can be
done without any problems.

But I'm wondering about our SwingWorker class and if this is
completely replaced by the SwingWorker class in Java6.
Can we get rid of our own version of this class after this release now
that Java 6 is our lowest supported Java level.
