Have you first of all managed to set up your development environment and build ArgoUML for source?
Once you have achieved that then take a look at the defect database here - http://argouml.tigris.org/issues/query.cgi? If you're only interest in defects the select Defects from the Issue Type before searching, otherwise search for all issues. If there is any particular defect that you wish to try and tackle then I'm sure you'll find assistance here.
