Description: Reorganize code base so things are groups together more
logically. Specifically, under {aria}, split into {cli, orchestrator, parser,
storage, utils} and put {aria_tosca_extension} under a non package directory
named {extensions} (which may be renamed in the future). This is where we plan
on putting all non-core aria related stuff in. (was:

restructuing, before/after the changes are made)
