Hi Alasdair, I have resolved the issues under my name, but not closed them as yet.
Not sure what the process is or should be. I have been leaving JIRAs in resolved state (or open if I forgot, sorry for those) until some kind of acceptance test - either by the user who raised it or until I had consumed it in the product I use it with for JIRAs I raised myself. Does that sound like an acceptable approach?
