It is possible to register a BundleFrameworkConfigurationFactory that will be
used by the SharedBundleFramework to obtain a BundleFrameworkConfiguration
object which is wrapped by the SharedBundleFrameworkConfiguration. However, the
SharedBundleFrameworkConfiguration wrapper always overwrites the Import-Package
manifest entry. If I have gone through the process of registering my own
BundleFrameworkConfigurationFactory and providing custom
BundleFrameworkConfiguration the SharedBundleFrameworkConfiguration should
respect that.
