Oh, right. reference-list allows it cause the list only represents the actual
"live" services so we can get that information. For reference, the service
might not be there yet. That makes sense.
Yea, I'm thinking adding an element to the "ext" namespace for adding
additional interfaces onto the reference proxy may be the best/simplest way to
go.
