I know .. but I think there are some dependencies like eventadmin and
configadmin that any real application will have anyway. So I think it makes
sense to provide a little more than the basic OSGi framework and avoid
optionals for that set. The main complain I hear nowadays about karaf is the
refresh and they happen almost exclusively because of optionals.
The problem with the event support in rsa is that it can not really be
extracted as it is called in many places.
