The org.osgi.service.remoteserviceadmin.EventListener interface has been
deprecated since OSGi R6 nearly a decade ago, replaced with
EndpointEventListener. We have a bunch of code for supporting both, but I think
it's time to remove the old one and simplify the code to support only the new
one.
