Hi all, Aries Typed Events has been in limbo for a while waiting on the next release of the OSGi Type Safe Events specification. This has been going on long enough that several users are stuck waiting for features that can easily be included in the 1.0.x stream, while the 1.1.x stream is stuck waiting for the official API updates.
I have back ported all of the new features that require no API changes (e.g. support for record types as events) and I would like to release an updated version of the current implementation to allow users to get access to these features without relying on snapshots. Unless I hear back from anyone with any urgent additions, or a good reason not to go ahead, I’ll start the release process and vote next week. All the best, Tim
