-1 CentOS 8's arrow-lib package is broken. It depends libzstd but it's not available for now.
It has been fixed by https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/7166/commits/e4ecf59cb9221c3e2e4be605ff3f212ef5e78829 . I think that we can reuse RC0 by rebuilding CentOS 8 packages and reuploading them.
