Thanks for taking a look at this.

I don't have any idea. The Rust tests weren't failed with
RC0 and my environment isn't changed. I just used our
verification script.

${TMP_DIR}/apache-arrow-4.0.0/rust/target/debug/testdata
directory doesn't exist. Is it related?
