* LANG=C dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh wheels 4.0.0 3
with:
* gcc (Debian 10.2.1-6) 10.2.1 20210110
* openjdk version "11.0.10" 2021-01-19
* nvidia-cuda-dev 11.2.1-2
"binaries" works well.
"source" works well.
"wheels":
* test_fs.py is failed or stuck like RC0:
* Failed with ~/.aws:
