Hello,

I'm trying to do install.packages("arrow") in R 3.6.0 on CentOS 7 and it
errors out like this:

$ cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

$ R
R version 3.6.0 (2019-04-26) -- "Planting of a Tree"
> install.packages("arrow")

Is this expected? Is there a workaround?

Thank you!
