I don't use conda, I use Ubuntu 22.04 and apart from being able to reproduce the C# issue if I use .NET 7.0.102 the rest looks good on my side (when using old C#): $ TEST_DEFAULT=0 TEST_SOURCE=1 dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh 11.0.0 0 ...
