The Apache Software Foundation will hold a board meeting in 2026-01-21
and, in anticipation of that, each Apache project has to submit a
quartery report before 2026-01-14.
As this year's chair for the Arrow project, I have drafted a document
for us to collectively contribute to. You can use the Google Doc
"comment" or "suggestion" features to suggest changes or additions to
the document:

Past experience suggests that ASF board members like being informed of
project events as well as project health concerns, so please be liberal
in suggesting additions to the document. You don't need to be a PMC
member or even a committer.
(note: the final report will be submitted in Markdown format, so don't
obsess with WYSIWYG formatting as most of it will get lost)
