Hi, With the release of Arrow Java 19.0.0, I would like to begin a discussion regarding Arrow Java 20.0.0.
While version 19.0.0 was compiled with JDK 11, I propose updating to JDK 17 for Arrow Java 20.0.0. If there are no objections, I will create a pull request to proceed with this update. Please let me know your thoughts. Regards, JB
