Any news on the JIRA imports?

I am getting very anxious about this, with Google closing its e-doors so 
soon - I would like to have us JIRA'ing instead of "issuing" our issues 
in Google code when we release our first incubator release.  How do we 
finish off this task?  We still seem to be blocked by infra?  (Mentors - 
help?)
