Defining validation rules purely in ranger doesn't feel right as we're then 
effectively extending our definitions for person etc across into ranger. 
Rather, Israel, I like the idea that you are adding validation rules into the 
model so that other systems can use those rules when they populate the data. 
potentially down the line there could be an option to allow ranger to use those 
rules too ... but they remain mastered in Atlas.
