REST API to retrieve entities based on type and an attribute value prefix 
(api/atlas/v2/search/attribute?typeName=<typeName>&attrName=<attrName>&attrValuePrefix=<value>​)
 doesn't work for AtlasGlossaryTerm type. This API call returns no results, 
though a term with the given name is present in Atlas.
