Description:
Proposing to upgrade Apache Atlas from Java 8 to Java 17. This upgrade is
necessary to leverage the latest features, performance improvements, and
long-term support provided by Java 17. The upgrade will include:
* Ensuring compatibility with all dependencies and libraries.
* Running comprehensive tests to verify the stability and performance of the
application with Java 17.
* Addressing any issues that arise during the upgrade process.
