[React UI] Tag assignment fails on direct navigation to Term detail page
When the application starts and the user navigates directly to a Glossary
Detail page (e.g., via a sidebar), the "Assign Tag" functionality does not work
as expected. It appears that some required data or context is not properly
initialized when the app loads directly into this view.
