Steps:
1. Perform a basic search for an entity type with the search results displaying
some records
2. Select "Show empty entity types"
3. Click on avro_enum (or a similar entity type that is expected to be empty).
Expected result: Search results should be cleared
Actual result: Search results do not clear, and as a result it appears that
empty entity types have entitites when they do not.
