Description: Apache Atlas is currently using an older version of the
Jackson library (version 2.12.7). We may have security issues. To address this,
Jackson needs to be upgraded to version 2.15.3. However, this newer Jackson
version depends on Jersey 2 internally, so Apache Atlas must also be compatible
with Jersey 2 for the upgrade to work smoothly.
